Data Controller

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with all applicable laws on personal data protection (Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Processing Act") and the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), which establish the relevant standards for the processing of personal data.

Scope of Processed Personal Data

The controller processes only the data that you have provided, in particular contact and identification data (name, surname, title, signature, date of birth, email, telephone, and possibly business ID and VAT number) and data regarding your preferences to ensure the best possible experience (food preferences, allergies, physical condition, your interest in the level of physical activity difficulty).

Your personal data may be combined with other personal data related to you that we have obtained on another occasion (for example, when you participated in events organized by the controller).

Personal data collected for one or more purposes will not be used for any other purposes that are incompatible with the original purpose of processing.

Providing your personal data based on your consent is voluntary. In the event of not providing personal data, the controller may not be able to organize and facilitate your participation in an event, provide services, fulfill other contractual obligations, or send you relevant information.

Purpose of Personal Data Processing and Legal Basis for Processing

The controller processes your personal data as stated at the time of their collection. The controller processes your personal data, in particular, for the following purposes:

(i) organizing trips, providing accommodation, and other accompanying activities and your participation in them based on your request (legal basis: performance of a contract, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract); if your participation is organized by your employer, you should be informed about these facts,

(ii) invitation to events or information about other offered products and services of the controller (legal basis: consent of the data subject, legitimate interest of the controller),

(iii) management of contractual relationships that the controller has with you, such as the execution of a contract for guiding activities, delivery of goods and services, and others (legal basis: performance of a contract, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract),

(iv) conducting market research, interest, and customer preference surveys by the controller (legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller, consent of the data subject, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract),

(v) fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legislation, especially tax regulations and labor law regulations (legal basis: compliance with legal obligations of the controller),

(vi) determining and enforcing legal claims (legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller).

Recipients of Your Personal Data

If necessary and to the necessary extent, your personal data may be provided to:

(i) authorized employees and business partners (subcontractors) of the controller,

(ii) authorized service providers and intermediaries who assist the controller in performing certain activities (e.g., event organization, accommodation arrangements, transportation, and guiding activities),

(iv) relevant public authorities (tax authorities, etc.).

Transfers to Third Countries

The controller may transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including countries that do not provide an adequate level of personal data protection according to EEA standards, including the USA (in particular, the company Google). Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes, but at least for a period of 5 years from the last interaction between you and the controller unless the controller is legally obliged to retain your personal data for a longer period (e.g., based on applicable criminal, tax, or accounting regulations).

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification or erasure, as well as the right to restrict processing. Additionally, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on the legitimate interest of the controller or for marketing purposes. You have the right to request that we provide you with the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, with future effect. In this regard, please contact us using the contact details provided below.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the applicable data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
